Who are the new owners of Winchester Caravans?

Winchester Caravans is owned by friends and business partners, James Southwood and David Cole. James Southwood is already a well-known face, as he used to be the General Manager of the Winchester branch of Chichester Caravans.



What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are as follows:

Sales Department and Accessories Shop

Monday to Saturday: 9am to 5pm

Sundays and Bank Holidays: 10.00am to 4pm

Service, Repairs and Aftersales

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm

Saturday: 9am - 12pm

Sundays and Bank Holidays: Closed



Will you be open on a bank holiday?

Yes, pop in and visit us! Our bank holiday opening hours are 10am to 4pm.



Who do I see with a warranty or after sales enquiry?

If you have this type of enquiry, we would always recommend you contact Trevor Egerton or Louise Chase in the aftersales department in the first instance. However, any member of the sales and shop team are happy to point you in the right direction.



Do you have an on-site workshop?

Yes, we have an approved workshop at Winchester Caravans, which is run by a team of fully-trained technicians.



What new caravans do you sell?

We are a leading supplier in the South for Bailey, Lunar, Compass and Alaria caravans and we stock a large selection in our showroom.



Do you offer finance?

At Winchester Caravans, we do offer finance options through our partnership with Black Horse Caravan Finance. You can find out more via the company's website http://www.blackhorse.co.uk/caravan/Default.html



How much will finance cost me?

That will depend on how much you would like to borrow and over what period you wish to repay the finance. At Winchester Caravans we can happily give you a free quotation.
