We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and our customers have come to expect nothing less! We aim to do all we can to find out what the customer wants and needs from a vehicle and work with you to find your ideal match. We want you to be happy with your vehicle not only at the time of purchase, but long into the future too.
We do this by getting to know our customers, what you need and like and encourage you to consider all the options. We’re not pushy or sales-focused and we don’t work on commission. We simply want to help you find your ideal vehicle, which is sometimes the complete opposite of what you thought it would be!
Our sales team is friendly, knowledgeable and personable; they provide customers with all the information they need and let them make the decisions themselves. As long as they’re talking about what they’re passionate about - caravans and motorhomes - they’re happy!
We have many repeat customers, some of whom have been using our services for decades. Although the company changed ownership in 2015, many of the staff members remain the same and people like to return to a place where they know they are guaranteed first-class service and a few friendly faces!

As one of the most coveted awards, it is testament to the high levels of customer service that we provide our customers with. Gold and Silver Awards are granted to high achieving companies that show quality and consistency. Gold is gained by getting an average score of 80% or over and we’re pleased to share that we scored an impressive 85.9%!

Our company is made up of four teams - sales, accessories, aftersales and workshop. We’re all extremely knowledgeable in our respective areas and always ready to advise as and when needed.
Our sales team have unrivalled knowledge of our vehicle ranges and can help you decide which options are likely to suit your needs and lifestyle best. If you’ve already made the decision on vehicle type, we can help you find the right model with the right spec, at the right price. And if you’re still not sure, there’s no rush, go away for a think and come back when you’re ready.
Once you’ve taken the leap and purchased your vehicle, our accessory shop team is on hand to help you kit out your new vehicle. We can advise on the range of options available, everything from awnings and outdoor furniture to towing accessories and homeware. We can help you find everything you need - and maybe a few lovely things you don’t! Plus - our recently launched online shop gives you a great option if you prefer to browse online. There are always great offers to be had and a range of flexible ways to pay too.
Our aftersales team is here for anything you need post-purchase - from arranging delivery of your new vehicle to dealing with any issues that arise, you’ll always feel well looked after! You can also rest assured that your vehicle will be in very safe hands in our workshop - our technicians have all been industry-trained, ready to undertake servicing and repairs as and when needed. We’ll even treat your vehicle to a full valet before we hand the keys back!

Our workshop is NCC-approved and run by fully-qualified caravan technicians. Using an approved workshop like us gives you peace of mind that the technician working on your caravan is a professional and qualified to the required standards. Being part of the NCC scheme means that the NCC guarantees all repairs undertaken for a minimum of six months.
To remain compliant with the NCC scheme, we undergo an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and must comply with rigorous standards, so you can rest assured you’re putting your vehicle in the best hands. As an NCC-approved workshop, we also meet high standards of competency and comply with an industry Code of Practice.

We pride ourselves on bringing only the best products to our customers, giving you peace of mind that anything you purchase from us will be of the highest quality. We stock the two largest and most popular caravan brands on the market - Bailey and Swift, giving you access to the latest new models available. We also stock a range of high quality pre-owned caravans from the top manufacturers.
We also offer new Bailey motorhomes, pre-owned motorhomes and a wide range of VW campervans. Our campervans are converted by the UK’s largest converter, CamperKing, and you can choose to buy them pre-converted from us, or buy prior to conversion and have your say in the style and spec.
