Thinking of selling or upgrading? Choose us!
If you’re considering selling your caravan or motorhome or want to upgrade to a newer, bigger or higher-spec model, think Winchester Caravans & Motorhomes! We’re always looking for pre-owned models to add to our stock and we’ll give you a great price!
We’re keen to speak to anyone looking to sell their leisure vehicle, regardless of the make or model, as long as it’s in good condition and ideally between 1 and 10 years old, though we may accept some older models. You don’t even have to be local to Hampshire - we will travel to you to collect (within reason!) so please do keep us in mind.

Book your sites early for 2022!
The past two years have seen higher numbers of people opting for caravan and motorhome holidays in the UK than ever before. This is largely due to the pandemic hampering people’s plans to travel abroad, making staycations in the UK a more viable option.
2022 is likely to bring much of the same behaviour as the COVID numbers show no sign of falling and the number of people wanting to stay close to home is expected to remain high. With this in mind, if you’re planning a few caravanning trips yourself for the coming year, it’s a good idea to start planning ahead and get your sites booked! Delaying may mean your favourite sites are full or that you are unable to get the dates you were after.

Come along to our Model Preview Weekend on 29-31 October!
We’re hosting a Model Preview Weekend on 29-31 October to showcase some of the new models from the 2022 Swift and Bailey caravan ranges which are available to order now!
Drop into our showroom on Main Road, Colden Common anytime from 10am on Friday 29 October until closing on Sunday 31 October (4pm) to take a closer look. We will have a range of models on display from both the Swift and Bailey collections, and you’ll be able to take a good look inside and compare the different options.

Discover the new 2022 Bailey Unicorn range!
The new 2022 Bailey Unicorn range launched in July and now as the new season starts to take off, it's attracting a lot of interest! Bailey of Bristol hosted a rooftop reception to celebrate the new range and even craned a Unicorn Vigo to the top of One New Change to act as a stunning centrepiece for the event!
Winchester Caravans and Motorhomes Managing Director James Southwood and Sales Manager James Mainwaring attended the event, which took place on Wednesday 29 September. The event provided guests with the opportunity to learn more about the Unicorn range and take a look inside the four-berth Vigo model, all whilst enjoying a great view of St Paul’s Cathedral by night.

Say hello to the new 2021 ranges from Bailey and Swift!
Production is now in full swing on the new 2021 Bailey and Swift ranges, welcome news to many caravanners who have been patiently awaiting these. We’re already taking orders so get in touch soon to ensure you don’t miss out!
When the coronavirus pandemic swept our nation in the spring, the lockdown period that followed meant caravan production had to stop. The factories closed for over four months, with the remainder of the planned 2020 builds having to be abandoned. This led to a shortage of caravans over the summer period when showrooms reopened, and these shortages may continue into 2021 as social distancing measures and reduced staff numbers will leave manufacturers unable to produce as many vehicles as usual.

We’re now an official new Bailey motorhome dealership!
Winchester Caravans and Motorhomes are now an official dealer of new Bailey Motorhomes and are looking forward to taking delivery of some show models soon.
Bailey of Bristol approached Winchester Caravans and Motorhomes to ask if we’d like to stock their new motorhome range and we decided that it was a good time to get on board. Since we started stocking pre-owned motorhomes in January, our knowledge of them has grown and we are keen to expand our offering to include both new and pre-owned models. We expect to be selling a 50/50 split of each to ensure that we have a range of options for our customers.

We are excited to announce that we have launched our new online shop, with some of our most popular products now able to be bought online. You’re now able to visit our website to buy your caravanning and camping favourites with the click of a button!
The website currently has a range of our most popular items available, with new items being added every week. It is hoped that eventually, all of the products available in our on-site shop - over 10,000 products - will all be able to be purchased online.
